Tournament Details
Sealed TL;DR: Open 6 packs, build a 40-card deck only from what you open, ignore normal leader color restrictions, and bring 10 DON!! cards.
- Unused opened cards count as your sideboard between games.
- You can use any number of copies of the same card number in sealed deckbuilding.
- Players must use Rainbow Luffy Leader for the event.
