Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $500 CAD ship FREE within Canada. For orders under $500, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
How fast will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times vary by destination — most Canadian orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping.
Do you ship outside Canada?
We ship Canada-wide. International shipping is available at checkout for select destinations.
In-Store Pickup
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! Choose in-store pickup at checkout, and we'll email you when your order is ready to collect at Banana Games & Hobby, 530 Yonge Street (2nd floor), Toronto, ON.
Preorders
How do preorders work?
Preorder upcoming TCG releases to lock in your allocation before they sell out. Release dates are set by the manufacturer and can change — we'll email you when your preorder is ready for pickup or shipment.
Can I cancel a preorder?
Please email us at Bananagames.hobby@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help, subject to our Return Policy. (All TCG sales are final.)
Products & Authenticity
Are your products authentic?
Yes — 100%. All sealed TCG product is sourced through official distribution, and our Japanese Pokémon plushies are imported directly from the official Pokémon Stores in Japan.
What condition are single cards in?
Every single is hand-picked, carefully graded, and sleeved before it ships.
