Return Policy

 

Due to the nature of the business and TCG industry, all sales will be final.  If there is a fulfillment error or mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return, please contact us within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order, so we can resolve any issues.  If you wish to cancel a preorder that was placed there will be a 10% restocking fee

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Events

Players MUST let us know 24 hours prior to the event if they are unable to attend the event in order to recieve a refund for the ticket. (Refunds are not guaranteed and is up to the descretion of the store)

Banana Games and Hobby is not responsible for any stolen, missing items once package is marked as delivered.
